The programme is built on a specific understanding of how the brain generates cravings and constructs persuasive arguments for acting on them. There are two distinct systems at work: one is ancient, automatic, and extraordinarily convincing. The other is rational, deliberate, and far more powerful than you have been led to believe.
Most approaches to binge eating ignore the first and exhaust the second. This programme teaches you to use your intelligent mind to recognise, investigate, and permanently dismantle the mechanisms that drive compulsive eating.
“I’ve worked with other coaches and read enough books on this to know what’s out there. Agi is different. She actually understands what’s driving the behaviour — not just the patterns, but the mechanism underneath — and she’s been through it herself. That combination is rare, and it’s what made the work stick.”

We work together privately, one to one, over video. The core programme runs for four weeks, with weekly sessions. You learn to identify and disarm cravings at the point they arise — most clients experience a genuine shift after the first session. Not a motivational high. An actual, observable change in how their mind responds to food.
Over the following weeks, we build on that foundation: strengthening your psychological authority, addressing the specific patterns and triggers that are unique to your history, and consolidating the change so it becomes permanent rather than temporary.
For those who want closer support during the early weeks, an intensive option is available — extending the programme to six weeks and adding daily accountability throughout the first fortnight.
What this is not
There is no prescribed eating plan — you decide what you eat, not me. No calorie tracking.
This approach does not ask you to resist cravings, white-knuckle your way through difficult moments, or blame yourself when you struggle. It addresses the mechanism that produces the cravings in the first place. When that mechanism is understood and disarmed, the fight becomes unnecessary.
It is a focused, practical intervention that treats you as a capable adult who has been fighting the wrong battle — and gives you the means to stop fighting altogether.
“Agi never told me what to eat. I wanted to gain control and lose weight in a healthy way, and it was up to me to decide what that looked like. What she did was give me the knowledge and tools to stick to the way I wanted to eat, and make it my second nature.”

Client stories
I had tried therapy, hypnotherapy, various programmes, and more diets than I care to remember. I genuinely believed I was one of those people for whom nothing would ever work, that I had some fundamental flaw that made me different from everyone else. I was wrong. The change I experienced working with Agi was unlike anything I had encountered before, because for the first time, someone explained what was actually happening in my brain rather than telling me what to eat. I stopped binge eating and I have not gone back. That still surprises me to say.
I was hesitant to get in touch because I was not sure I was ready. I had been in this cycle for so long that I could not quite believe I was capable of changing it, and part of me worried that if I tried and failed again, it would be the last blow. What I did not expect was how quickly I felt in control. Not perfect, but genuinely, quietly in control. In a way I had not felt around food in years. That happened before I expected it to, and it has stayed.
The methodology is the same in both. What differs is the pace, the structure, and the level of support during the early weeks — when learning is at its sharpest and old patterns are most active.
